Travel Itinerary

Bank Statement (Last 6 months)

NOC from Husband/Company

ID proof of Husband (If NOC given by Husband)

From Belgium :

Invitation Letter

Sponsorship Letter

Passport (Both Husband and wife)

VISA (Both Husband and Wife)

Resident Permit (Both Husband and Wife)

House Rent Agreement

Bank Statement (Last 6 months)

IT Form – Form 16 (Last 3 Years)

Payslip (Last 6 months)
